Do you know the vicinity of Mariánské Lázně? Part three: Hamelika Lookout Tower

The lookout tower got its name after Hamelika Hill on which it is located. It is also referred to as Panorama lookout tower because you can find a café of the same name in its close proximity. The building was constructed by the builder Fridrich Zickler in 1876.


The lookout tower is situated at the altitude of 722 metres. It is 20 metres high and to reach its top you must climb 100 steps. When looking towards the west, you can see as far as the Bohemian Forest with its peak Dyleň.
